Shaznin is a clinical psychologist who has worked with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. She has experience in private practice, acute hospital settings, and aged care.

Shaznin has a gentle and empathic approach in helping clients feel safe, understood and genuinely supported. She works with individuals experiencing grief, life transitions, trauma, burnout, anxiety and depression, supporting them to build resilience and feel empowered in their lives.

She also has a special interest in supporting individuals through cross cultural challenges, including cultural family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, migration, navigating experiences of racism and cultural identity.

Shaznin draws on evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills to support clients with their therapeutic goals. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, and she blends authenticity and warmth in all of her work.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist with a Clinical Psychology Endorsement, and is a Medicare provider.

Tuesdays (Telehealth) 10am to 5pm
Wednesdays 3.30pm to 6.30pm
Thursdays 10am to 6pm
Fridays 9am to 4pm
