Eligibility: Clients referred by a GP or Psychiatrist may claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The GP must complete a Mental Health Care Plan and a brief referral letter, both brought to the first session. Eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan is determined by the GP.

Payment methods
In-clinic: credit card, cash, or EFTPOS. Exact cash amount required — no change held on premises.
Telehealth: direct deposit or secure online payment.
Standard non-attendance fees apply regardless of funding type.
Clinical Reports
Our report fees are in line with the recommendations of the Australian Psychological Society as outlined below:
1-2 pages short report - $251 + GST
2-3 pages short report - $330 + GST
3-4 pages standard report - $407 + GST
4-5 pages standard report - $480 + GST
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you to please let us know before 10am on the business day before your appointment. This means, for Monday appointments, to please let us know before 10am on the Friday. If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment within this time period or fail to attend your appointment, you will incur a $100 (inc. GST) fail to attend fee.
Supervision Services
Supervision with an AHPRA Endorsed Supervisor is $240 (+GST) per 50 minute appointment.
Dr Nadia Boscaglia, Mr Kane Gough, and Dr Chris Winkler are approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide supervision for those in the Clinical Registrar Program. They have extensive experience supervising clinical registrars, provisional psychologists, and qualified psychologists at all levels of development.
