Dr Sarah Wrigley is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. She uses this experience to create a calm, compassionate and safe therapeutic environment for her clients. Sarah offers therapy tailored to each individual which allows her clients to experience a sense of being understood, develop a genuine understanding of themselves and learn effective skills to support good mental health.

Sarah works with adults experiencing a range of common mental health issues such as low mood and anxiety, and physical health issues including weight management, adjustment to illness and management of persistent pain. She has a special interest in helping adults navigate life transitions such as parenthood, perimenopause, retirement, disability, and bereavement. Sarah applies evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and mindfulness approaches.

Sarah has worked across a range of settings including private practice and public mental health services, and has taught and supervised post-graduate psychology students at a number of universities. Sarah has worked as a clinical psychologist in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Sarah holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She is endorsed by the Psychology Board of Australia in Clinical Psychology and is a Board-approved supervisor. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Medicare provider.

Sarah’s hours are:
Mondays 10am to 6pm
Thursdays 8am to 4pm
