Lily is a Clinical Psychologist who works both in private practice and public health with experience supporting both young people and adults to make meaningful change and reach their goals. 

Lily's work is grounded in a strengths-based, person-centred approach to therapy and focuses on creating a non-judgemental and warm therapeutic space where individuals feel safe, heard and empowered. 

Lily has experience working with a diverse range of populations and mental health presentations, including anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma related difficulties and personality and relational difficulties. Lily's approach is collaborative, tailored and considers an individual's unique needs. She practices in a neuro-affirming and LGBTIQA+ friendly manner. 

She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities in her work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Additionally, Lily has experience with Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, a specialised evidence based intervention for OCD. 

Lily holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Medicare provider.


Lily’s hours are:
Mondays 9am to 5pm
Wednesdays 10am to 6pm
