Amy is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar with experience supporting both young people and adults across a range of mental health concerns.

She takes an authentic, person-centred approach to therapy and values building meaningful and collaborative relationships with her clients. Amy enjoys getting to know each person’s unique history and tailoring treatment to meet their individual needs. She prioritises creating a warm and non-judgemental therapeutic space, where clients feel safe, supported and understood. 

Amy has experience working with a wide variety of mental health presentations, including anxiety and mood disorders, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, OCD, perfectionism, self-esteem difficulties, and sleep disorders. She practices in a neuro-affirming manner and has experience conducting formal ADHD and ASD assessments. 

She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Amy also has experience using specialised interventions to treat specific concerns, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) for PTSD and complex trauma; exposure therapy for social anxiety, agoraphobia, and specific phobias; and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).


Amy’s hours are:
Thursdays 10am to 6pm
Fridays 9am to 5pm
