Alice is a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth psychologist who believes therapy is a collaborative process that facilitates the inherent desire humans have for growth, connection, and meaning. She considers it a genuine privilege to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward the lives they want to live.

She enjoys working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes, sleep difficulties, parenting challenges, trauma, ADHD, and grief and loss. With a background in the public health system, she has also supported people managing complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, chronic pain, and strokes.

She draws from a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR. At the heart of Alice’s work is a person-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals.

She has completed her Psychology undergraduate degree (with Honours), from the University of Melbourne, and her PhD in Clinical Psychology focusing on parenting and adolescent mental health. Alongside her clinical work, Alice works as a Research Fellow at Monash University
